Horrible and atrocious service

I am so dissatisfied with their service. I have paid their loan and tried to get a settlement letter from them. And try to apply again now the website is stuck on this constant loop and I tried calling them I have been hung up so many time or rerouted back to the automated system.

There seems to be no representative taking their calls because no one is answering calls same goes for the email you send to them
