Finance27 --- YOUR SERVICE SUCK 100%

I app**** for a loan with finance27 2 years back and all was well until my last encounter with in November 2018 asper my credit report stating I was behind, called them and they confirmed that was not behind and all was just a mistake... I have been requesting that they remove that mistake as its now showing that I do not pay my debt they then gave me a paid up letter, which they told me that my credit profile will be fixed within 7 days... its now a year and the amount is showing on my credit record they are not willing to remove cause out of all those countless calls I have made and emails that I have send I have not gotten joy of them fixing this. I trying to get a car but I'm unable to get approval due to the state of my credit check only because of an amount of R 2 760, i'm not one to complain but I have given them too much opportunities to fix this and it seem my plea is going on dearth ears... your service for a finance institute is not ok... I'm bored stiff with you guys and not happy...
