Finance27 Worse Customer Service. BAD SERVICE (Zero star )

Bad service received, i settled my account on the 27th January 2025 and got a paid up letter from the institution, on the 31st of January 2025 a debit order for the same amount paid went off my account. Tried to call the company same time to get my money back the office were closed for the weekend. Got a message back to let me know that i will be getting my refund on the 03/02/2025 which i have still not received even now. I have send numerous emails since then to ***,***,*** and *** and no one from the institution is responding to my email.
