Finance 27 will aprove you for a loan and not pay out the money.

I app**** for a Loan with Finance 27 and got approved and got a loan contract and everything. About 2 days later I got a message that my loan was declined and never got any money from them but at the credit bureu it shows that I took out a loan and that I basically have not paid them back yet. I did ask them to correct this 2 months ago already and have been e-mailing 2 different people at Finace 27 which told me the problem was resolved but it is still not resolved.
