Finance 27 - POOR SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have signed and accepted the Debi Check on 27 June 2025. After numerous emails there is still no payment. Apparently there was some sort of error with the Debi Check and they have re-submitted another Debi Check. Until this morning there is NO NEW DEBI CHECK at all. And the Debi Check still shows active
