Finance 27 No communication.

On Friday 21 June 2019 I app**** for a payday loan online from Finance 27. After I submitted the application and uploaded my 3 months bank statements, I received no communication from them indicating if the loan has been approved or not. Assuming that it was unsuccessful, I decided to take a loan through my bank who immediately approved and paid the money into my account. Later at around 10:00PM I received an SMS Notification that Finance 27 has paid R 1500.00 into my account. This lack of communication has pushed me further into debt. I have not touched the money from finance 27, I have been trying since Monday morning to reach them via phone and email to get them to take their money back, they don't answer the phones and when they do they immediately disconnect the call. Email doesn't seem to be one of their communication s****s either as no one replies to them. I refuse to pay any interest on the money they paid into my account, and if i don't get a response from them within 24hrs I will escalate the matter to the ombudsman for credit institutions.
