Finance 27 Loan

I received R2000 on my banking account without any notification as a loan, I realize that when I went through my bank statement. I Googled finance 27 and found their contact details and called but no response, this was in 2020. Recently this month I called as it's appearing in my credit record as arrears to arrange for the payment or to obtain their banking details, I am told that the account has been handed over and I am given other contact details I also contacted them and I was also told that I have been handed over to others again. I this is happening without my ACKNOWLEDGEMENT with no any form of communication of the debt. I have requested to be forwarded email communications that they are claim that I was informed. At first the lady said we did not have your contacts therefore we could not reach you. All in all I did not apply for the loan and last thing I wanted was to make arrangement to pay the loan.

Please anyone advise as the amount has increased because I have been handed over without even been informed.

The reason I am raising this is because they don't even have complaints platform.

Their service is very bad and *****ly. I have been waiting one of their agent to call, its taking forever.
