Finance 27 is forcing me with their loan and they don't want to cancel it though I requested same day that they must cancel I returned their money with R30 more but they don't want to cancel the debit check mandate

I app**** for R4050 loan on 20th of May 2024, same day I tried to call them but my attempts were in vain I thus sent them email requesting them to cancel the loan application and that if they already paid they must give me their banking details to return their money and they didn't do that they continued to pay the loan. My fon was on repairs and couldn't view my app. On the 21st I got my fon very early in the morning and realized that they R4050on my fnb acc , I spoke to Ronel requesting banking details treturn the money but she refused to give me and told me that I must log on their system and request settlement and then settle the account. To my surprise when I did that I I was told that settlement amount is +R4600 and I only had R30 in my account so I paid the R4080 that I had. I sent them my proof o payment requesting them to cancel the debit order but they are refusing. I consider this as the business malpractice because you cannot force a person to take a loan of she or he decided otherwise. Other institutions they have up to 40 days cancelation period and the lowest I know is 7 days cancelation period at no charge. Please assist Hello Peter, I feel that I'm not well treated by Finance 27 and they are not taking my calls now.
