Finance 27. Someone make a loan on my name with this company. Now I got bad credit. A lady from finance 27 (Marley) called me and say I am in arrears. I tried to get hold of her to sort this out, but everytime they put the phone down. She said she are e-mailing the paper work so that we can investigate no luck.phoned 16times and she is never available.alway she will call you back. What kan I do now ? get an attorney.?
