Finance 27 account paid in full but not uodated with the credit bureau.

Received paid up letter but my account with finance 27 still shows areas.I have been dealing with Mel Luwes, manager she confirmed that my account will be sorted in ten day as she sent an email to Read Hartman . Its more tha 20 days and my account is still showing areas. Im in the process of buying a house but declined because if Finance 27.This is so unfair and affecting my family.. I cannot get any credit but i have a paid up letter.
