New Loan Application and NO same day payout as stated on website!! This application was done 2 days ago, (Actually stated application on 14 June 2022) before 3:00 all documents was received.. I have been trying to phone numerous times since Wednesday (15 June) to confirm if all documents was in order,, no luck in answering any phone calls or responding to any emails. Due to poor client service in not getting back to me,, it has now resulted into a situation where I now have to wait another day for payment to clear in my account or pay R57 for payment to clear same day as stated, alternatively it will only be available after midnight. (A full week trying to do an application that according my understanding should have only taken a couple of minutes, a day max) They refuse to take responsibility for being in the wrong and just keeps apologizing for inconvenience caused. This would not have happened if client service was being provided accordingly.
