False Data loaded to credit bureau

I have taken out 1x loans, I have paid up 25 Nov but, on my credit profile it shows 2 amounts. This is ******* because I have the contract on email. Even sent an email to their team and they never responded with an email but up to this day the account is still reflecting. I have been advised to take this matter up legally
