Don't Ever Lend Money From Finance 27

Finance 27 is the worst to lend money from. If you were thinking of it don't. Rather lend from a bank. I have an outstanding balance which was paid in December 2019. There hasn't been any data of the account since January yet the account is still showing as in arrear on my credit score. Called them last month and spoke to one of their advisers who assured me that it would be sorted and it was a mistake on their end and not mine. Even sent an email to their legal team and they responded with an email saying I don't owe anything but up to this day the account is still reflecting. I had to call them earlier this after and I'm still awaiting a call back!
