DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!

this is by far, the baddest experiences i have yet to face with institutions of this caliber. first and foremost, if such business's employ the likes of ronel, razaan and many others like them, whom do not see the need of responding to emails being sent, then this institute might as well close. Renier Botha, i pray and hope this review finds you well because i am literally disgusted by the type of people you have bestowed your hard earned company to. these people act as if they are doing us favors instead of being the reason why people are supposed to feel warmly welcomed and have a sense of relief when inquiring. right now, i have been hand in hand with your company but as of today, I will not allow myself to be put through such anymore. you are going to loose a lot of people including myself and unfortunately, there is going back from this. i app**** for aid yesterday, was told everything is in order but the funds did not reflect. now, today, this morning, i again, called to find out what is going on and guess what happens next? i am told that a new contract will be issued as i did not meet whatever criteria as i did before, with the same amount i am seeking!!! but now, because i understand business, that is not the ****ed up thing about all of this, the ****ed up thing is that, NOBODY EVEN BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME TO TELL ME THAT!

so dude, it was okay(wouldn't say fun) when it lasted, but as of today, i will never ever be in touch with your institition.
