Finance 27 how long does it take for you to update a profile guys? I have sent u emails requesting settlement letter atleast because they need it as proof that I paid off your account. I'm taken from pillar to post and it is now two weeks

01 Mar 2021, 16:15By the way I settled my account with u on the 16th Dec 2020 which wasn't in arrears.. I paid it off so that it can be updated as closed. Where do I go or what do it do? Just tell me what to do please please
