Awesome Customer Service!

So due to Covid-19 my working hours was reduced and my salary as well. My Finance27 debit order bounced because I did not have any money. I sent an e-mail to Mariska Rademeyer asking if we can make a payment arrangement. She answered me the same day and we made an arrangement!
