Approved then Not Approved

I app**** for a loan, you sent an agreement for me to sign, and made me accept a DebiCheck. You then send communication that I will be loaded for payment once I approve. In the same breath send me an email that I do not qualify for the loan due to a credit assessment. Then I get another ****ing email right now saying that everything is in order and the payment is going to be processed. I don't know which one it is anymore, kindly remove my details, I do not want your loan, and remove your name from my credit report. You are just messing me around.
