Terrible Service

There was a recent break in at my housing complex. the managing agent **** about the police having been called to investigate. they also consistently failed to ensure that the damage/theft was attended to as a matter of urgency. as a result our lift is inoperable. this means that the elderly residents are confined to their flats as they are unable to move around the complex or even leave the building.
