Con Artist’s posing as Appliance Repairs

This is the biggest bunch of con artists working the Johannesburg area.

I called them to come and quote on fixing my Bosch Washing Machine. They were super quick to come to the house and give me a quote saying that the machine needs a new gearbox. They wanted a 50% deposit and said that as soon as I paid the deposit, they would order the part. They literally hounded me until I paid the deposit and that’s when the excuses started…. It’s a part that needs to be ordered from overseas, the public holidays are delaying the work, they are waiting for the supplier…. Every excuse under the sun. When we ask to speak to the manager, whose name is Honest, if you can believe it, he is never available and doesn’t speak to the public. It’s been a month now, no sign of the mysterious gearbox and many empty promises of a refund.

Please don’t EVER use this company, they are *******, you will never see your money or get your appliance repaired.
