Fgh realty and Royalston Coastal Wild estate complaint

I have a complaint regarding an organization called Fhg designs and Build. The owner of the organization is called Mr Ryan De Beer and his manager is called Mr Zama. The email address that I have been communicating with Mr De Beer is *** and the ***. The office that coordinating with Fgh realty is called Royalston Costal Wild estate. *** The issue I'm having is with regarding my brother working for this organization for so many years just for him to receive an unfair dismissal and not receiving any form of a written warning. I am left with no choice but to leave this complain maybe Hellopeter could be of assistance in this matter. I don't want this to be a pattern of employees to be just dismissed without any warning. My brother has no problem in returning back to work after everything has settled
