Bad communication.

I've been trying to get hold of someone in the head office to update my profile as I need this for my current company, they have not bothered to reply to any of my emails regarding this and the academy that I worked through to get the qualifications have been trying to assist as well, they too have had no luck. This is a problem as my company I work for is really trying to further my qualifications but can't due to the slow response of FGASA.
