Unbecoming business conduct

This business in Gqeberha is not to be trusted in their dealings with clients. I paid a deposit as per qoutation and only for them to come back to me later requiring me to now sign terms and conditions that absolve them from any responsibility and accountability thus infringe my consumer rights. Have written to them demanding my deposit and since then they are playing hide and seek. The worst decision ever to deal with them.
