Poor customer service and quality of workmanship

Interesting how owner is able to get reviews removed, but anyhow, I totally agree with new review. Fact: Full amount paid for installation in March 2023 Fact: After countless requests, queries, e-mails, whatsapps, with many promises, installation only done in September 2023. Fact: Requested an additional door in March 2023. Paid R5290 for this in Macrh. Fact: At installation time, no additional door. Owner promised to pay back. After many promises, even that money has been deposited on whatsapp - nothing. Fact: After Hellopeter and Google review, got paid back half of the amount suddenly. Fact: Frameless doors are of the hanging type and has to be installed from lintels and walls that can carry weight. Doors were installed from decorative walls. Doors started pulling loose, and could not be opened anymore. Fact: After trying to get FGA to come and fix, they never pitched. Got another company to come and look, and whole installation has to be done over to be installed onto lintels, with it costing about R15000 extra.
