MD NOT TO TRUST! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Paid 70% deposit amount for frameless doors & windows in October 2023. Two installation dates, given by them, did not happen, without any reasonable time notice prior to the dates from the company.

The managing director is,

1. hiding behind their T's & C's. 2. claiming that they did order our frameless systems from their supplier, but she is refusing to provide ANY kind of proof if/when whatsoever. 3. refusing to accept cancellation of order & return our deposit money, even after admitting they are under pressure and short of staff AND cannot proof any cost to company until now. 4. unable to provide an installation timeline but expect the clients to still be loyal to their agreement. 5. lying about windows that are already in production, but later confirmed that only the material is in stock, but not manufactured yet. 6. admitting that all the negative reviews about their company are only recent, due to unforeseen circumstances. 7. not keeping clients informed about any progress. 8. does not inform new clients that they are already months behind schedule, according to online reviews and own experience with them, but are eagerly taking their 70% deposit money.

All the negative reviews I have seen on HelloPeter.com. is strangely disappearing.

This company does deserve a zero-star rating from my point of view.
