unreliable Bus service

Took bus from jhb to Capetown on the 13th Oct 23. bus was late, toilet door did not latch, aircon was too cold and at some point the driver forgot to close the bus door and drove for over 10km with the door open. all that cold air at night. Upon return on the 16th, bus was canceled an hour before departure, call center useless to assist. next bus was scheduled for 3hrs later and got canceled aswell. wrote an email to the company, to date still no response. bus service not reliable.
