MOST UNRELIABLE AND DISGUSTING SERVICE EVER

I do not have words. Writing this review on behalf of my friend. I don't know if he safely arrived in Johannesburg yet, as he has been on that ghastly bus from Cape Town now which is already 15hrs late. They had to leave Cape Town on 23 April 2024 at 15:00. Bus arrived but they could not board due to a mechanical problem, eventually left at around 22:00. At about 05:00 on 24April they got stuck without diesel and another breakdown. Five hours later at 10:00 some diesel from roadside assistance and drunk "mechanics" arrived. at about 15:00 stuck without diesel again. Some random truck stopped to help them out and they got diesel from them. Got to Bloemfontein, and stopped to fill up but only put in R300 of diesel. Then started driving around looking for "cheaper" diesel. At 21:30 ran out of diesel again at Vaal Plaza, then asked all passengers to pay R20 each towards diesel as they don't have money to fill up. This bus was supposed to arrive in Johannesburg at 07:00 this morning. My friend then was supposed to take the Gautrain to Pretoria to his destination. I have now lost all contact with him as his phone's battery died while at Vaal Plaza from being on the road so long. I have no idea where he is or what he is going to do as Gautrain doesn't run at this time, he has nowhere to go. I can't get hold of him. I don't know if they eventually arrived in Johannesburg and where he is now, or where he is going. He does not have money to book into accommodation for the night. 15 hours after he was suppose to arrive in Johannesburg we don't know if he arrived, where he is or if he even is okay. I doubt if their email address is even in operation as their contact numbers are not. They don't care anyway. There were young children on that bus, that also had to go through this ordeal. You have no shame FF Gertse.

THANK YOU FF GERTSE. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE BANNED FROM OPERATING. YOU ARE REVOLTING. HIKING FROM CAPE TOWN TO PRETORIA WOULD HAVE BEEN A MORE PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. ONE STAR IS GIVING YOU WAY MORE CREDIT THAN YOU DESERVE.
