Follow up on review 24 April 2024

Follow up on my previous review. The bus that was supposed to arrive at Park Station in Johannesburg 24 April 2024 at 07:00 only arrived at 23:30. The gates to the station were closed already, so they could not drop the passengers. Passengers had to sleep on the bus till the following morning 25 April when the gates opened again and they could get to the Gautrain. This bus left Cape Town on 23 April and only on 25 April could passengers finally disembark and end this horrific journey. Stay far away from this company. Apart from the horrific journey and service there is absolutely no support from this company.
