FF Gertse is a the worst bus company on on earth .

This company must be shut down ‼️😭. They postponed the bus and one of their workers told me that what they always do this .The bus drivers didn’t know the directions ‼️and didnt want to use the gps so the passengers forced them to. I arrived 8 hours late so I missed my other transport 😭and couldn’t get a refund. They dropped us off in a very dangerous area ,a group of men alleged that they work with them and forced me to let them help me with my bags , I didn’t want to until they said they work for FF Gertse and the was no reason to believe they don’t since they were waiting for the bus to drop us off and the drivers didn’t refute the claim that they work for them. They helped with my bags and on the way to the park station they tried force/threaten me to pay R300 . Luckily I **** and said I don’t have cash , I then told them to get inside the park station with me so that I can withdraw their money because I didn’t want to refuse while I was alone in the streets with them -they are really scary . Luckily I convinced them to get inside the bus station with me so I felt safer and told them I can only pay them R70 (mind u my ticket clearly states that we are suppose to be dropped of inside the park station but they didn’t , and I don’t get why the bus drops us off at ***** places just to help strangers who allegedly for for them get customers to harass ‼️). This company must be closed down .!
