FF Gertse coach company is the worst🙅♂️😡😡

I am writing this review in anger and disappointment. I am very furious about what the FF Gertse coaches did to me as a customer. On the 27 October 2023 I booked a bus from Cape town to Johannesburg. First of all, the bus was supposed to depart at 3pm but it arrived at 6pm and left at 6:30. The worst part of all is what the workers did during the scaling of the luggages. I dont know how those foreign guys scaled our luggages but I have never paid R250 for luggages almost half the price of the bus ticket which was R550. I tried to explain to them that I dont have such amount of money as I am a student and am not working but the nigerian looking guy kept saying that am not leaving and couldnt allow my luggages to be packed. I mean like really, how can someone pay that amount of money for just lagguges, and what if I didn't have that money?? Was I going to be left just like that at the station?? And if so, would I got my ticket refund back?? I am a student, first of all they is discount for student which I didnt get, secondly out of the blue people want to make us pay so much money for lagguges. I am asking what if I didnt have such money since I had to take it out from the money I was palnning to buy snacks on the way with it. I think those guys were just trying to cash out from us by making us pay so much for just lagguges with their scales which was set up. What those workers did was unprofessional and I dont recommend FF Gertse coaches to anyone no wonder why you guys have only 1 star rating which you dont even deserve. I would advice that you put it in terms and conditions that lagguges will be scaled and people will have to pay for them if they are higher. FF Gertse coaches are of bad service and I advise everyone not to use them 🙅♂️😡😡
