FF Gerste/Wezwe Coaches VERY POOR SERVICE PROVIDERS

The bus service of this company is very poor. I`d actually rate them 0/10 !!!! I bought a return Ticket to Cape-Town from JHB. My departure date ton Cape-Town from JHB Park station was: the 23rd of Sept 2024 and the time 18:00pm. I arrived at the station around 16:30pm just to find out that the bus will arrive at 21:00pm and that time I`m travelling with my 3 months old baby and 2 lil sisters(12 and 15 years old) My family had to wait with us until the bus arrived. The bus arrived at 21:00pm and we left at around 21:30pm. Went straight to the filling station stood there for like 15- 20 minutes, just to find out that we leaving that station and going to another one. We were not informed why and whats happening. So we went to the other station, filled up and left after 22:00pm as we drove off after 30 minutes one of the drivers told us that the bus is not going to Cape-Town it`s going to drop us in Bloemfontein then we going to jump into another bus because that bus didnt have shocks...Ohh wow did we not get stuck on the road and spent almost an hour on the dark cold road. The other bus got us halfway and we jumped into it. My return to Joburg was my worst day EVER!!!!!. My return was on a Sunday at 18:00pm again but this time the bus was on time and we left at 18:30pm. at around 03:30am the Monday morning at the Weigh Bridge in Beaufort West we got pulled off juts to find out the the bus drivers did not have papers for the bus and the bus was overloaded. Wow I was so angry and emotional at the same time. The owner of this company did not answer his phone at all and the drivers did not want to give us his number, but when they call him he never answered. We found out that it was not the first time that this company does this to the people. they are never on time or there`s always a problem. They always get caught by the weight bridge overloading people and not having valid papers. We stood there for hours, 14 people including me and my 2 sisters had to arrange a Quantum to take us to Joburg and we had to pay that driver. The Bus that came to collect the rest of the people only arrived at 11:00am. Just to find out that the bus owner of this bus is the same owner of the Quantum who had arrange with the FF Gertse to help them and they would get their share. So we in the Quantum had to drive slow/ wait at the garage for this bus to follow us what a waste of time. My journey was very unpleasant My traveling hours was +-27 hours. We arrived at Park station (JHB) at 22:30pm the Monday night. I would not recommend anyone at all to take this bus. The cheaper u go the worst service you`ll get. Rather take the expensive busses that provides way better service than this useless FF Gertse/Wezwe Coaches.
