Do NOT book FF Gertse

This company needs a zero rating. Missed my bus and had and had to book the first available one which was FF Gertse. They arrived almost 2 hours late then got impounded about 5 hours from our destination because the bus wasn’t roadworthy and the driver didn’t have a valid permit. The next option was to wait for a bus coming from Johannesburg with passengers with the hope of some people being transferred onto it while others continue waiting or continuing to travel on other modes of transport at their own expense. We arrived at the traffic department to find another bus from the same company that had also been impounded. Do NOT book this bus, I made the mistake of not checking reviews before booking.
