Bad service

29Nov 2023 Bad bad bad STAY AWAY. The ticket say no restrictions but they ask u for R100 cash for luggage or no boarding the bus. The bus was meant to depart at 3pm to Joburg but there was a 2hrs:15min delay since they brought a beatup old bus instead of the luxury coach they make u pay. If you book this bus you better pray that you make it where ever you headed. I do not recommend that you, your family or friend book this bus very bad service
