Bad service

What the hell? The bus was scheduled to leave at 18:40 but only left at 23:00, not only that, we had a terrible accident on the way because of an unlicensed driver who literally ditched us in the middle of nowhere, they kept promising us a replacement bus from 04:00am in the morning until 18:00 in the afternoon with missing bags. Also their replacement bus was already filled with people which meant the injured customers had to stand on their feet! The staff? Stinking attitude, their manager somehow managed to victim blame us for being in an accident like it was our fault?
