Fever Tree Bad service

We went to the popular Fever Tree nursery and coffee shop on Sunday 12 Aug as a family, consisting of 10 people. Our experience was really bad and had to wait for about an hour to get coffee. It took another hour to get served our meals and then the order was completely wrong, and people that arrived after us got server before us!

It is such a nice place but this service will scare us away for ever!
