Worst service ever
If i could give a negative star review i would.they are the worst credit provider ever. They will most likely come up with some excuse to save their own reputation but they take advantage of you and the amount you get as a settlement or even just monthly installment is always higher with them everytime . Your monthly statement amount and what other people tells you and they all work for the same company is different your statement will say X amount then when you ask on their whatsap line for a settlement amount they give you amount Y then on the email it gives you amount A Etc. i will 100% never recommend them at all . I had all my friends that wanted to support them but now they longer will.

Thank you for raising your concern regarding the value on the settlement letter for your account.
Please be advised that statements only include charges up to your last debit order date meaning there may be a shortfall for any charges, fees or unpaid debit orders between your last debit order date to the current date. The settlement letter however includes any and all charges, fees and unpaid debit orders up to the current date and will therefor be a higher amount than on your statement. This is to ensure that the accurate amount owing to date is covered by yourself when wanting to settle your account in order to avoid short payments that will result in a remaining owing balance that will then continue to accumulate on your profile.
Trusting the above clarifies the matter however should you have any further queries or concerns please don't hesitate to contact us.
Kind regards
