So needing a new pair of spectacles I apply fo Fevertree finance. PREAPPROVED for R5000. Go do the eye test then get a call saying Im declined. How do you go from Aproved to declined. Then I call, speak to Kevin. Tries coning with a hundred stories trying to blame me and my credit record and an instant loan which was settled on time and in accordance with FNBs recquirements. Might I add the account he referred to was never in arrears and was closed in March. (My Credit Record is pretty good by the way).

He tries this way and that then suddenly I get token approval for R2000. What must I do with 2k? Buy one lense?

Suddenly I get an sms saying R249 had been debited. I never approved this and I never accepted the account. I call and lo and behold. Its Kevin again. Explain the story and iff he goes about Ts and Cs again.

I dont want the finance and I didn't apply for or accept finance for R2000.

I app**** for R5000. They declined R5000.

Now I must pay R500 for an eye test for spectacles I cant get.?
