Spec savers South AFrica and Fever Tree Finance **********ly handed me over to ITC and now they say it's a mistake and making it my problem to deal with.
I have been listed on ITC by Spec Savers for an account that was "Opened by mistake" with my names and now I have a record on my credit profile of an account I do not know!!
Recently when I try to apply for a job, my profile background is checked and they discover I have a listing that I did not disclose. On my Clearscore ptofile it clearly states that Spec Saver handed me to Fever Tree finance and they listed me on ITC and now a Fever Tree employee by the name of Kevin Kevido sends me and email to say that they can confirm the account was not supposed to be opened.
1. I have not been answered on how the account was initiated in the first place (They clearly do not have my ID, Bank statement and Payslips) but they still managed to get me listed on ITC.
2. Kevin Kevido now sends me an email with a reference that they have logged with TransUnion that I must follow up on. (The same me who I had nothing to do with Spec savers and Fever Tree, The same me that now has a dropped credit record because of a wrong listing against my name, now on the urge of missing out of a job offer) I MUST BE THE OTHER THAT CLEANS AFTER THEIR MESS???
SPEC SAVERS SOUTH AFRICA AND FEVER TREE FINANCE PLEASE FIX YOUR MESS!!!!
