They seem to have a miscommunication between them and the shops they finance, I have been telling them that I returned an I ten but they still charge me the same amount of the same item I returned saying it's interest incurred. I don't understand how come they incurred over a R1000 interest in about 4 months

I am so surprised that you guys are saying my account isn't with Fevertree, you finance Cielo and your agent called me yesterday regarding the so called outstanding payment that incurred so much interest in about 4 months and was so rude to me. Now you are denying that I have an account with you, wow, I'd sent a proof right now if it was possible

FeverTree Finance does provide credit for Cielo Accounts, but your account is currently with Collier & Malan.
