RUDE, INCOMPETEND, UNRELIABLE

My daughter made use of their Medi-wallet, pay it up and kept on making deposits to build a credit balance for later use as she uses it for her eyes. Needles to say, when she contacted them last week, she was inform she is no longer allowed to use the card as she is in arrears with them on which she told them they must check their records as she is in credit with them and not debit. An amount of almost R900-00 is lying in their account. When the very rude lady checked again she said oh, she will ask her manager if the money can be refunded to my daughter, but she still can't make use of this facility .
