Refund of over charge on account.

I settled my account on 19 December 2019 and sent a copy of statement to accounts department, On 25 December 2019 my account was charged for R333.00, I sent a request requesting a refund and termination of my account, this was the reply, Good day Harold,

Once allocation is complete, refund will be proceed.
