Pathetic service!

I am so disgusted with the service of Fever tree! I have paid my account with no default. They then decide to reduce my credit limit unilaterally and with no notification to myself! I was told that an sms was sent to me when they check their system they see that actually no sms was sent out. I was told the manager would contact me 3 days later no one contacted me I called back and they say someone tried to call me which was a lie as I had no miss call at the time stated! Was once again told a manager would call still nothing! The worse service ever!
