No feedback or answers from Fevertree Finances to cancel a deal

I have sent an email to you guys yesterday. I also sent a message on your website today. I would like my order cancelled, and the whole transaction cancelled. I got approved for finance from Fevertree Finances for a bed I wanted from Furnituremart. After numerous emails to Furnituremart I don't want the deal anymore. Money was deducted from my account and no product were delivered. I did send Furnituremart an email to cancel this whole deal on Monday. Still nothing has been done.
