No customer service
Fevertree Finance does not offer customer service. No reply on Emails. Take as long as 10 days to process payments. Does not update credit profile monthly like they are suppose too. Been struggling to get my account closed and credit profile updated to reflect closed account.
Avoid opening an account with them at all cost.
