Making there problem mine!!!

I have a debit order with Fevertree for the amount of R360.

I have noticed that my debit order was R602.50 this month.

I emailed them asked why is my debit order so much all of a sudden!

This was there reply!:

(Good day, Mrs. Liezel Louw Thanks for getting in touch. At the beginning of the account your instalment was R406 and after interest was implemented on the 7th month the instalment went down in stand of up and to this all our Mattress Warehouse account had a restructure calculation to ensure that it does not exceed the 24 months, a sms was sent to this effect. Now I am asking this, HOW IS THIS MY PROBLEM!!
