kindly Update your records with the credit bureau

Its easy to approve account with you people but difficult to update the account with credit bureau. i have never defaulted nor missed any of my monthly instalments but you don't update the information on my credit profile and that mess up my credit score and causes one inconveniences. everyone is complaining about the same thing but you are not doing anything about it.

kindly do the right thing and stop with the nonsense please.

Or should we get everyone to sign a petition and approach the Credit Ombudman?
