ITC listing incorrectly !!!

I’m not sure why this company has listed me on the credit bureaus. I don’t even know who they are! This account is listed as default on my credit profile and im deeply infuriated! Can someone email me as soon as possible as I am out of the country and can’t access my cell. Unless they can call international numbers - +*** ***
