********** I did not apply for any loan

These people are **********. I have never app**** for anything from them but I see an enquiry on my credit profile. I called them they say I can remove the enquiry myself with TU but when I try to do that they confirm that the enquiry is valid. These funny things happening affects out scores and credit profile. I'm working from home and very disciplined not applying for any credit. This ******* enquiry is going to be on my profile for full 25 months.
