I am so sorry but fevertree finance is not it. I need assistance on how I can take this up higher than Hello Peter if possible I have been called today by a manager and they are not willing to accept my resolution. I am being told that “it’s a matter of not understanding revolving finance” . Please see below my initial complaint. I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. Not only am I still being charged even though I have completed my 18 month term, but when I called for clarity, the customer service agent in the middle of expressing my frustration l told me, “we are closing in the next two minutes.” This level of service is completely unacceptable.

It is unreasonable that customers are not allowed to make manual payments and are instead restricted to direct debit. This clearly benefits the company, as it allows continued deductions even after the agreed-upon term has ended despite the fact that I have never missed a single debit payment.

I urgently request that someone from your team contact me to address my concerns. I also ask that the current balance be waived and removed from my name, as I have fulfilled my 18-month payment term without any missed payments. My resolution is final ! I do not want any payment arrangements I need the balance waivered off immediately.

I was harassed with calls and text offering me this voucher and being told to go and redeem for them to tell me months later that every spend means I start again on a 18months contract? After I enquire about this I am told that I signed a contract and this is noted on my terms and conditions and my problem is I am misunderstanding what revolving finance is? I need this to be looked into .
