Fevertree literally overcharged me.
If you are willing to pay triple the amount that you have used on your account through FeverTree Finance, go right ahead and open an account with them. I have recently paid up an account with them for an eye test that was R499.00. I have now tal**** up the costs that I paid over the time period and it ended being R1700.00 in total monies paid. This means they made a profit well over 200% on all the admin and insurance fees they charged me every single month. Do not be fooled by all the 5 star reviews they are getting literally ever second day. No company is that great or good.

The particular account that you have is an 18 month account that includes interest (first 6 months interest free) as well as a monthly fee. We agree that paying R499 on account over 18 months could work out to a large repayment, but the minimum instalment is required each month with the additional fees. Customers are however able to settle their account earlier without any penalities and for certain invoice values the account becomes a very affordable monthly payment option for many customers if they don't have the cash upfront for the full invoiced amount.
