Fevertree finance doesn’t respond to account enquiries

I asked for my statement and they keep sending automated messages saying someone will contact me. I want to know my balance so I can settle. Can’t keep paying forever especially when there’s no clear information. Otherwise I’m going going to the ombudsman.
